These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Covershoppy.com and apply to all purchases made through our website. By placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.
🛍️ Product Information & Images
- All product images are for illustrative purposes only.
- Actual product color and design placement may vary slightly due to digital printing and lighting conditions.
- Minor color variation caused by screen resolution differences is not considered a defect.
- We reserve the right to update product images, pricing, and descriptions without prior notice.
💳 Pricing & Payments
- All prices listed are in INR (₹) and inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as mentioned.
- We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.
- Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.
❌ Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only within 2 hours of placement.
- After 2 hours, cancellation will not be accepted as production may have started.
- If cancelled within the allowed time, refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
- A processing fee of ₹60 may be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund timelines depend on your bank or payment provider and may take 4–7 working days.
🎨 Customized Products
For custom photo printed covers:
- Customers must upload clear and high-quality images at the time of ordering.
- We are not responsible for low-resolution or unclear uploaded images.
- If required customization details are missing, we will contact you via email.
- If no response is received within 7 days, the order may be cancelled or processed without customization.
- Customized products are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics or external factors.
- Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer may lead to order cancellation or RTO.
- Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
⚖️ Limitation of Liability
- Covershoppy.com shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase amount of the product ordered.
