💳 Payments
Covershoppy.com accepts the following secure payment methods:
- UPI
- Debit & Credit Cards
- Net Banking
- Digital Wallets
All transactions are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways.
We do not store your complete card details.
🚚 Shipping
We deliver across all serviceable cities in India.
- Estimated delivery time: 5–9 working days
- Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Undelivered / RTO Orders
If the courier partner makes 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts,
the package will be returned to our warehouse (RTO – Return to Origin).
- No refund will be issued for RTO orders due to incorrect address or unavailability.
- Re-shipping can be requested after paying additional courier charges.
- Re-dispatch will be processed once the returned parcel is received.
📦 Returns & Replacements
As we deal in custom printed phone covers, returns are not accepted for change of mind.
Replacement is provided only if the product delivered is:
- Damaged during transit
- Manufacturing defective
- Incorrect model sent by our team
To request a replacement:
After internal Quality Check (QC) approval, replacement will be dispatched within 48 working hours.
Wrong model selected by the customer is not eligible for replacement.
Minor color differences due to screen resolution or digital printing variation
are not considered defects.
🎥 Unboxing Video Requirement
A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory for any refund or replacement claim.
The video must:
- Show the sealed package before opening
- Clearly display the product and issue
- Be recorded without cuts or edits
Claims without valid unboxing proof will not be accepted.
