Order Cancellation & Modification Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only within 2 hours of placing the order.
- Customer details (Name, Address, Pincode, Mobile Number) can be updated within 2 hours only.
- Product changes or additions are not allowed after order confirmation.
- All cancellation or modification requests must be emailed to
infocovershoppy@gmail.com within the allowed timeframe.
Important:
Requests made through Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, or any social media platform
will not be considered official. Please contact us only via our registered email.
📦 Refund & Replacement Policy
- A clear 360° unboxing video is mandatory at the time of parcel opening.
- All issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Valid photo/video proof must be emailed within 24 hours.
- Refund or replacement requests without proof will not be accepted.
- Every request is subject to internal Quality Check (QC) approval.
- Once approved, processing begins within 48 working hours.
- Minor color or print variation may occur due to digital printing differences.
Customers must raise all order-related queries within 30 days from the order date.
After 30 days, refund or replacement requests will not be accepted.
⚠️ Incorrect Information & RTO Policy
- Orders placed with incorrect shipping details are not eligible for refund.
- If the order is returned (RTO – Return to Origin), re-shipment is possible.
- Re-shipment will be processed only after receiving the returned parcel.
- Additional courier charges will apply for re-shipment.

- No unboxing video provided.
- Complaint raised after 24 hours of delivery.
- Invalid or unclear proof submitted.
- Damage caused after delivery.
- Failure to accept delivery after 3 courier attempts.
💰 Refund Timeline
Once approved, refunds will be credited within 4–7 working days
via the original payment method used during checkout.

- In rare situations, delivery may take up to 20 days.
